CLIENTS
Q: Who do you sell to?
A: We sell our products to other Distributors, Cabinet & Millworkers (small and large), Professional Carpenters, and various woodworkers, including hobbyists. We are a wholesale only company and do not sell to the general public.
 
CATALOGUE
Q: Do you offer catalogues?
A: We do not offer catalogues at this time. Should we compile a catalogue in the future, we will advise all of our customers that it is available. Our entire selection can be convientently found on this site. In the meantime, if you are a customer of ours, watch the mail or our website for "flyers". If you want us to email you our sale flyers please click here.
 
PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to avoid mistakes on our web site listings. However, should any errors appear, we reserve the right to correct them.

All prices are listed in Canadian Funds.
 
SALES TAX
Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, sales tax are charged where applicable. If you are a Manitoba resident you will be charged 7% PST and 7% GST. If you reside in Canada, but not in Manitoba you will be charged 7% GST. Anyone residing outside of Canada will not be charged any taxes.
 
HANDLING CHARGES
Q: Are there any handling charges added to my order?
A: The only time you will be charged a handling fee is if you order totals less than $25.00, the handling fee will be $4.00. Any order totalling, $25.00 or more is not charged a handling fee.
 
SPECIAL REQUESTS FOR PRODUCTS
Q: Do you take special requests for product that you don't presently have for sale or in inventory?
A: We love to source out products for you. Please keep in mind that sourcing products is very time consuming and therefore we will only be able to source out products for which we have received numerous requests or for products that you indicate you use high volumes of.

SHIPPING
Q: Do you ever offer free shipping?
A: Yes! For Sanding Sponge Products only, totalling $65.00 CDN or more before applicable taxes. We can offer this because they are very light and inexpensive to ship. All other products will have a freight charge. We will not ship any orders without your approval on freight charges.
 
Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
A: We can usually ship out orders within 72 hours. Any orders placed after 10:30 am CST will not be processed until the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following business day.
 
Q: Do you do rush orders?
A: We will make every effort to accommodate rush order requests of customers with a proven business record with ProLink Distributors.
 
PICK UP OPTION
Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: We do allow some customers to pick-up. Please ask if you require a pick-up.
 
BACKORDERS
We do our best to keep adequate supply of merchandise on hand, but we sometimes temporarily run short of an item. Backorders will be handled as a new order and will carry freight charges.
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept Paypal (which accepts major credit cards), preapproved business cheques, money orders, and cashiers cheques. Unfortunately we do not accept cash or C.O.D orders.
 
CREDIT & PAYMENT TERMS
Returned business cheques are subject to a $25.00 charge and unfortunately your account status will then be changed to accept only Paypal, Money Order or a cashiers cheque.
